No Refund Policy

Ideation.biz provides digital, AI-generated services that are delivered immediately after purchase or credit usage. Because of this, all payments made for subscriptions, credits, reports, and other services are non-refundable once the payment is completed, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Exceptions

In rare cases we may, at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law, consider a partial or full refund, for example:

• Duplicate payments for the same order
• Technical issues on our side that prevent you from accessing a purchased service
• Payments made due to a verified unauthorized charge or fraud

Any such refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If you believe there is an error or issue with a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
